Project Coordinator 

Techtopia is a start-up with a mission to digitalize the way people have fun. Passionate about sport and movement, we dive into our favourite activities and seek ways to improve them with technology. We develop software and hardware solutions that transform traditional business models in #ActiveEntertainment and #Climbing facilities and get them ready for the future.

If that sounds like a good team for you, we are now looking for a Project Coordinator to help us ensure the successful execution of our projects around the world.


The ideal candidate will bring some experience in software development and/or project management and will be capable of balancing the company’s objectives with the customer’s wants and needs.

What would you do?

  • Manage end-to-end project activities, incl. preparing project plans and estimates, coordinating supply management and ordering, keeping project documentation up to date, etc.

  • Set project goals, track and report progress, adjust schedules, identify project implementation risks and offer solutions in a timely manner;

  • Be the main point of contact and a liaison between our customers and our product development team;

  • Make sure we comply with documentation procedures and standards, specific to any region / country we work in;

  • Create user instruction & product manuals;

  • Build trusting relationships with customers;

Required qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills

  • Customer-oriented attitude

  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to details and an eye for improving processes

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Advanced knowledge of English

  • Availability to travel up to 10 % of the time

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
